Routing complete. I had a choice between a big ole plunge router and a smaller, more manageable laminate router. The smaller one worked just fine. It's pretty much impossible to use the template, and freehanding isn't easy.

Routing Complete. A few places where the router won, but pretty good.

Tremelo r
Trem rout: 1 1/4"
Control and switch cavities: 1 1/8"
Pickup/wiring cavities: 1/2"

As you can see, the pickguard lines up perfectly with the openings for the pickups, switch and control plate.

Now the problem is, what color is it going to be??
