Cort Jim Triggs TRG2A

Jim Triggs is one of the most respected arch top builders out there. Cort commissioned him to design and engineer this guitar for them to offer an affordable thin line guitar. Body is 1 7/8" deep, 16" wide, maple with a spruce top. It has set neck construction, bound rosewood fingerboard with 22 frets. Mighty Mite humbuckers, Tune-o-matic bridge, and a Bigbsy-licensed trem tailpiece. Very versatile, it will do the Rockabilly thing, the Jazz thing, or drive it hard for some burnin' blues.

Here you see a closeup of the bridge pup, bridge, and Bigsby licensed vibrato. You can see the finish quality is quite high as well. I'm not sure if this is poly or lacquer, but it's a very good job.

Notice the tear-drop "F-holes".
