Cort Jim Triggs TRG2A

Jim Triggs is one of the most respected arch top builders out there. Cort commissioned him to design and engineer this guitar for them to offer an affordable thin line guitar. Body is 1 7/8" deep, 16" wide, maple with a spruce top. It has set neck construction, bound rosewood fingerboard with 22 frets. Mighty Mite humbuckers, Tune-o-matic bridge, and a Bigbsy-licensed trem tailpiece. Very versatile, it will do the Rockabilly thing, the Jazz thing, or drive it hard for some burnin' blues.

Nice inlay work on the Cort logo. The little gold logo is in honor of the 100th Anniversary of the NAMM.

Notice the pearloid tuner knobs. Knobs on the regular models are gold.
