The DV II is a recretion of the original Univibe, or so I'm told. It has Vintage/Modern switch so you can choose between warm original '60's Univibe grind (Vintage) and louder, with more output (Modern). has a detachable AC cord, internal transformer (no more wallwart adapters!) and a gold sparkle finish. Selection of sound/effect rocker-panel switches on the left, and the speed knob is located on the right bottom side. There's also the volume and intensity switches. The On/Off switch on mine is encased in a rubber sleeve that protects the switch from heavy footed mashing.
