Binding is on. The neck and parts are just placed in the body for now
to see how it looks.

I still have to do the final sanding of the body and then stain and
lacquer. The end is near.

Top looking down on the cutaways. Still have
a lot of sanding to do there. It's impossible to get the scraper in there
and on the horns. Scrapers are way better to use than sandpaper whenever
possible. You get a much better finish on the wood. |
| Back side. The maple isn't as figured as the
front, but you can see it does have a bit. I will enhance the front flame
and the grain here before the final stain. |
