Aligning the tuners and holding them in so you can drill the holes for the screws is interesting. You really have to have the tuners lined up strait.
What I do is take a straight edge, here I'm using a foam emory polishing board, and tape it down with pin striping tape to hold it while I make a pilot hole with a punch and then drill the screw holes.
