Gecko Strat Hollowcaster
Way back when, I decided to use Lace Hot Gold pickups that have been given the chrome dome treatment. Sweet looks and sound.
I wanted to do something unique and visually impacting, so I modified a regular pickguard into a kind of wedge shape. Basically I cut off the lower horn and then beveled the cut to match the rest of the pickguard.
