Gecko Les Paul Set Neck

Here you can see the lovely Brazilian rosewood neck with the inlay cutouts routed.

The fretboard is 3/16 inch thick at the edges, 4/16 at the center.

Here's the peghead end. Nice tight grained mahogany.

You can clearly see the length of the tenon. This actually extends deep into the neck pickup cavity. I will have to trim it down so the pickkup will fit in there, about half. This is a lot like the Gibson Historic Les Paul tenons:very deep into the pickp cavity unlike many LPs where the tenon only went into the routed neck slot. This makes a much stronger joint and adds to sustain.
The tenon itself is 4 " long.
Here you see the neck is already routed for the inlays and also trimmed to take the binding.
