Since the FBI has demonstrated their professional ability to
obstruct justice by enhancing evidence, destroying evidence
or claiming that the information is classified, (the new
definition for classified must mean incriminating), I am very
leery of any new evidence which appears. I think new
information will only arise from old evidence that is analyzed
from another perspective. The FLIR tape was released only
because the FBI wanted it to support their claim that the
Davidians started the fire and they did not know what
incriminating evidence it held. Fortunately, they cannot go
back and change autopsy reports that are available in the
public domain.

It is with the autopsy reports that I started my investigation
of the events in Waco because I thought they would provide
objective, scientific data on which I could draw my own
conclusions. I am not a physician but I an not intimidated
by medical terminology. I found many inconsistencies in the
autopsies. There was no effort to identify date/time of death
and the autopsies all showed the bias toward finding death by
fire or that the Davidians shot themselves or each other. Injuries
prior to death were given little attention and evidence of efforts
at giving first-aid was ignored.

In the "Investigation Into The Activities Of Federal Law
Enforcement Agencies Toward The Branch Davidians,"
(August 2, 1996), the following statement appears on page 5.
"The presented evidence does indicate that CS insertion into the
enclosed bunker, at a time when women and children were
assembled inside that enclosed space, could have been a proximate cause of or directly resulted in some or all of the deaths attributed to asphyxiation in the autopsy reports."
(weasel words)

After reading the autopsy report for Lorraine Silvia, (Mt. Carmel
Doe 66), I wondered why the Davidians would put their children in a dark, stagnant room with Ms. Silvia's body. She obviously died within minutes of her injury. Her autopsy report detailed 14 bullet wounds in her back, arching from her Lt shoulder, across the left scapula, down her back to her Lt. hip. This appears to be machine gun fire. This is not a suicide or assisted suicide. The FBI did fire on the Davidians on April 19, 1993.

I will repeat: Lorraine Silvia was machine gunned in the back.
Evidence that the Davidians had machine guns was never presented in the Davidian's trial. If the evidence existed, they would have used it.

An unidentified child's head, (only), had two gun shot wounds -
the right and left frontal bones of the skull. Judith Schneider's
(Doe 51) right chest was crushed. Aisha Sommers ( Doe 31)
had a carboxyhaemoglobin level of 52.5%, (which was high
enough to be lethal), but she also had a gun shot wound that
traversed from the left chest to the right chest, anterior to
posterior, inferior to superior. Either she was shot while
standing on the second floor of the tower or she was shot
while lying down. (I suspect she was shot after she died)

Nicole Little (Doe 47) had a gun shot wound of the head that contained shot pellets (only the base of the skull remained).
Rachel Howell (Doe 67-3), had fractured ribs that were not
heat related and a large blood clot was noted in the lung tissue
and upper torso.

These all appear to be fatal injuries and I strongly suspect that
the concrete room was designated as a makeshift morgue.
The bodies were placed together away from the living areas
of the home.

So why would the children be placed in a dark, stagnant room
with these bodies?

Methylene chloride is metabolized in vivo,( life) to carbon
monoxide. The toxicity of carbon monoxide depends on:
(a) the rate of inhalation of the gas,
(b) physical activity, and
(c) individual variations in susceptibility.
30-40% produces impaired judgment and unconsciousness
may occur. 40-60% produces unconsciousness and death is
likely. Carbon monoxide poisoning is detected in the blood
by measuring carboxyhaemoglobin, (COHb %). This
carboxyhaemoglobin level was shown on the autopsy reports
to indicate carbon monoxide poisoning or that the individuals
died as a result of the fire and smoke inhalation. (It can also
show that the individuals died from inhaling methylene
chloride). Of those people in the concrete room whose cause
of death was asphyxiation or due to carbon monoxide on the
autopsy, most of the COHb levels ranged from 43.75% to 73%.

Only two women had lower COHb levels. One 30 year woman
had a COHb level of 33% and one 18 year old had only 8.75%,
(she may have been still alive when the fire started but the
autopsy listed asphyxiation as the cause of death.

Again, so why were the children placed with the dead bodies? -
They were already dead before the fire started.

All of the left sided injuries might suggest that they were shot
while lined up on the floor. (You do not commit suicide or
assist in suicide by shooting in the chest

Most likely dead from collapsing walls or being hit by ferret
rounds fired from grenade launchers:

(55) Audrey Martinez - Clotted blood, Rt. Chest cavity (blood
does not collect and clot in a body cavity when the body burns)
(67-4) Hollywood Silvia - Chest trauma, large blood clot in lung
(62) Chanel Andrade - Trauma Rt temporal bone, with metallic
fragments
(67-2) Cyrus Howell - First aid attempted, clothes cut away to
expose injury, (most of the body was destroyed by the fire).

(67-3) Rachel Howell - Rib fracture - not heat related, 3-5 oz.

8 children and 6 adults died from asphyxiation from methylene
chloride. There were four individuals whose cause of death
could not be determined because there were too few body parts.
(The autopsies showed suffocation as the cause of death for two
of these).

On hearing the sobbing of adults grieving over the death of their
children, (needs on enhancement), the HRT was free to implement their dynamic entry. The fires were started. The machine gun fire in the back of the building prevented exit of the Davidians, and provided cover for the agents entry into the building. Even though the report sited above quotes agent Sage saying we " did not enter the residence at any time...". Agent Danny Coulson said in an interview 8/24/99, while promoting his book, "you have to remember that we had men inside the building during that fire." (Presumably to rescue the children who were already dead).
